In the ever changing IT industry continuous training is essential and regular time is set aside for Tekeurope’s engineers to keep their knowledge up to date and learn new skills.
2 of them- Senior Engineer John Mag and Engineering Apprentice Logan Campbell have recently both successfully completed a number of HP certifications, both gaining Commercial Desktops Workstations Notebooks Service, PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI – WBT, Replacement System Board DMI Programming, Service for Computing, Servicing HP desktops, Workstations and Notebooks for Service Technicians qualifications with John gaining the PC Hardware Diagnostics certification in addition.
Certifications are extremely important in building and maintaining customer confidence, as summarised on the HP website “HP certification assures customers that HP Certified Professionals have the up-to-date ability, tools, methodologies, technical skills and resources required to meet business needs – and exceed expectations”
